Born and raised in Northern California. I decided I wanted to serve my country by entering the US Armed Forces serving in the US Air Force for 7 1/2 years.

During the wars in the Middle East I did 3 tours: Kyrgyzstan, Kabul, Afghanistan, and Kandahar, Afghanistan. This was a life changing experience that will stay with me forever.

I will always be so proud to have served this great country.

During my time in the US Air Force, I gravitated towards living a healthy lifestyle. Became a personal trainer in my off duty hours, and I found my passion in life. Living a healthy lifestyle of eating well and exercising gave me a greater confidence in myself, greater self esteem, I felt better physically, my attitude became very positive, I have much more energy, and I must say I gained greater respect from my peers as well.

MY GRIND IS ORGANIC is an extension of my passion in life. At the end of the day my goals are to bring happiness and a big smile to those in our community being able to help them form a new life that we hope to help them attain.
